One of the most important health issues is our individual freedom, to live however we want, as long as we respect the rights of others to do the same. If this freedom is taken away, as is happening now in the U.S. and around the world, choosing for ourselves how we live our lives will be replaced by more and more government control over everything we do. The world is at a historic turning point right now. Will our rulers, who want total control and enslavement of whole populations succeed in achieving their goals, or will the brilliant and caring people of the world who want their freedoms back be able to turn back the tide of tyranny and destruction of all of our God-given rights to be free? Both of our guests this week are brilliant, world-renowned advocates for the preservation of freedom for people in America and worldwide.Tom DeWeese

This Saturday (and all week on stations that rebroadcast our shows), Lost Arts listeners have the rare priviledge of hearing our full, in-depth discussion with Tom DeWeese (www.americanpolicy.org), the founder and president of the American Policy Center. Tom is one of the nation’s leading advocates of individual liberty, free enterprise, private property rights, personal privacy, back-to-basics education and American sovereignty and independence.

Devvy KiddFollowing Tom will be another incredibly special guest, world-famous investigative journalist Devvy Kidd (www.devvy.com). Devvy has made guest appearances on more than 2500 talk radio shows, in addition to countless in-person speaking appearances. She ran for Congress in 1994 and 1996, and is the author of four books in addition to those mentioned below. Devvy is also the founder and director of the Project on Winning Economic Reform (“Power”).

POWER is a First Amendment grassroots effort to educate and motivate Americans to the mechanisms bringing America to ruin. Devvy’s project distributed two booklets she authored: Why A Bankrupt America (1,650,000 copies sold) and Blind Loyalty (700,000 copies sold). Both booklets were retired from publication in 2004 and are available on her CD.
