Accessing Dr. Rima’s Health Protocols

Subject: Making Muscles Strong Again

Thank you for participating in our Health Issues Poll. Based on your priorities, I am creating nutritional and lifestyle Protocols to address your issues.

Visit to read my Discussion and Protocol for Muscle Weakness and Loss, also known as Sarcopenia (as well as several other Protocols).

The most common concern expressed was premature or unhealthy aging. One of the areas of concern that is rarely addressed is muscle loss and muscle wasting.

Some people believe, wrongly, that it is normal as you age to lose muscle mass and become weak. In fact, on average, adult North Americans lose about 3% of their muscle mass each year. That may be frequent, but it is not necessary. Further, once muscles get weak, a downward spiral of consequences results not only eroding the quality of life but shortening it, as well.

The good news is that nutritional supplements, diet, exercise and lifestyle choices have all been studied and found to have powerful positive benefits allowing you to maintain normal muscle structure and function throughout life.

Which nutrients? which foods? What type of exercise?

Glad you asked. I have written a short Protocol which is available for you without charge when you visit — once you sign up for a free Fullscript account. See the screen shots below — they show you how to get from the main page to the Protocols.

The nutrients available through Fullscript are professional quality and I hope you will take advantage of the opportunity to support our work and your health at the same time but you are free to purchase helpful supplements wherever you like. The Protocol and its information is available for you no matter where you make your purchases.

Please do recall that all supplements are not created equal and the ones in my dispensary are the same professional quality ones I use myself and I make available to my patients.

Please let me know what you think about the information in the Muscle Wasting and Loss Protocol and whether it helps you or a loved one struggling with the devastating effects of muscle loss.

Yours in health and freedom,

Dr Rima

PS — Please note, I do not prescribe, diagnose, treat, mitigate or claim to cure any medical condition through Fullscript or the Protocols.

PS#2 – A note to our Health Freedom Supporters who had previously registered for a Wellevate Account: Wellevate has been purchased by Fullcript . Your Wellevate account does not transfer automatically to Fullscript. To gain access to my Fullscript Dispensary, visit and register there. More about how to register here:

  1. Stupid system doesn’t work.
    It’s 2022.
Really? System says the email I already use with you is not valid?

  2. The United States filed suit to halt the sale by a New Jersey entity of an unapproved “nano silver” product previously touted as a COVID-19 treatment, the Department of Justice announced today.

In a civil complaint for permanent injunction filed November 13, 2020 in U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States alleged that Natural Solutions Foundation, Dr. Rima Laibow, and Ralph Fucetola sold and distributed a nano silver product that the defendants claim will cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent COVID-19. Defendants’ nano silver product purportedly contains silver particles in a solution. According to the government’s complaint, nano silver is not generally recognized as safe and effective by qualified experts for the use promoted by the defendants.

“The Department of Justice will not allow individuals to take advantage of the ongoing public health emergency by peddling unproven, unapproved drugs,” said Acting Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Bossert Clark of the Justice Department’s Civil Division. “We will continue to work closely with the Food and Drug Administration to halt the illegal sale of such products during this pandemic.”

    1. There are, as Cudy points out, currently no FDA-approved treatments or vaccines for Ebola, so anything that makes claims of curing it on its packaging is considered an unapproved drug. His first step, when the FDA have identified an offender, is to send a warning letter to the company.

They have so far sent three of those during the current outbreak: two to Young Living and dōTERRA International, companies selling Ebola cures based on “essential oils” derived from things like cinnamon bark, peppermint, sandalwood, eucalyptus and rosemary, and another to Rima Laibow, of an organisation called the Natural Solutions Foundation. That last letter pointed to more than 30 violations in which Laibow directly claims that various types of “nano silver” – also known as colloidal silver – is a direct cure for Ebola.

  3. I am unable to log in to the protocol. I tried many times following your instructions but when I click shared protocol it says there is none.
