Lowell H. Becraft JD, the Dean of the Patriot Lawyers, has just filed a major lawsuit challenging the legality of the FDA’s “Emergency Use Authorizations” (EUA) for the COVID “vaccine” injections in the US District Court of his home state of Alabama.

The Complaint details the allegations over 113 pages, but here is the heart of it: there can be no Informed Consent where the Government lies to the People.

1. On February 4, 2020, Alex M. Azar, II, the then serving Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (“DHHS”), exercising his authority under Section 546 of the Food, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360bbb-3, declared that the SARS-Cov-2 virus created a “public health emergency” that had a “significant potential to affect national security” (the “Emergency Declaration”).
2. Based on the Declaration, the DHHS Secretary’s designee, the Commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”), issued a series of Emergency Use Authorizations (“EUA”) under §360bbb-3. EUAs allow medical products that have not been fully tested and approved by the FDA to be sold to American consumers, in order to meet the exigencies of an emergency. Initially, the EUA medical products included various polymerase chain reaction (“PCR”) tests marketed as COVID19 diagnostic tools. Later, EUAs (collectively, the “Vaccine EUAs”) were issued for the so-called “Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine,”2 “Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine”3 and the “Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) COVID-19 Vaccine”4 (collectively, the “Vaccines”).5
3. The Emergency Declaration and the Vaccine EUAs were the keys that unlocked the profit potential of the COVID-19 crisis. They enabled the Vaccine manufacturers to open the door to the vast American market, enter and reap billions of dollars in profit by exploiting the fears of the American people. In the first quarter of 2021 alone, Pfizer has earned $3.5 billion, and Moderna has earned $1.7 billion, in revenues generated from the sale of their respective EUA Vaccines. Plaintiffs’ investigation has revealed that the Defendants appear to have numerous disclosed and undisclosed conflicts-of-interest that should deeply trouble any reasonable observer concerned about the integrity of the EUA process. For instance, Defendant the National Institutes of Health (“NIH”) appears to be a co-creator and co-owner of the intellectual property in the “Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine.”
4. The Vaccines are unapproved, inadequately tested, experimental and dangerous biological agents that have the potential to cause substantially greater harm than the SARS-CoV-2 virus and the COVID-19 disease itself. According to data extracted from the Defendants’ Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (“VAERS”), 99% of all deaths attributed to vaccines in the first quarter of 2021 are attributed to the COVID-19 Vaccines, and only 1% are attributed to all other vaccines. The number of vaccine deaths reported in the same period constitutes a 12,000% to 25,000% increase in vaccine deaths, year-on-year. The Vaccines appear to be linked to a range of profoundly serious medical complications, among them myocarditis, miscarriage, irregular vaginal bleeding, clotting disorders, strokes, vascular damage and autoimmune disease. Meanwhile, Pfizer, Moderna and Janssen enjoy statutorily conferred immunity from

5. The Vaccine EUAs are unlawful on multiple different grounds and must be terminated immediately. First, the Emergency Declaration upon which they are all based was unjustified. As Plaintiffs allege in detail and will show at trial with expert medical and scientific evidence, including the Defendants’ own data and studies, there is not now, and there never has been, a bona fide “public health emergency” due to the SARS-Cov-2 virus or the disease COVID-19. Virtually all of the PCR tests were calibrated to produce false positive results, which has enabled the Defendants and their counterparts in state governments to publish daily reports containing seriously inflated COVID-19 “case” and “death” counts that grossly exaggerate the public health threat.
Even assuming the accuracy of these counts, we now know that COVID-19 has a fatality rate far below that originally anticipated – 0.2% globally, and 0.03% for persons under the age of 70. According to the CDC, 95% of “COVID-19” deaths involve at least four additional co-morbidities. [Emphasis added.]

At least 500,000 people have died or had debilitating “side effects” like myocarditis, strokes, thromboses throughout the various organs of the body. It could well be that the number is 1 million or more. Each day they are more cases added to the number of people being brought down. How could the FDA license the Pfizer shot? It had to ignore the severe consequences brought on by the mRNA shots.

Now the question is….how long will it take for the justice department to finalize this case? would they take years ( as usual?) If so will they THEN ignored all the trillions taken from peoples taxes to pay the vaccine lords? or will the justice made them pay back in retro?

I’m sorry to have to admit that YOUR ANALYSIS, although BONE CHILLING, is a far-too-rare recitation of FACTUAL REALITY! Let’s consider the possibilities:
1. The District Court will refuse to hear the case, on the grounds that the Plaintiffs “have no standing”. If so, the Plaintiffs will probably appeal, all the way “up the line”, with no guarantee that the U.S. Supreme Court — if the case reaches them — won’t rule also that the Plaintiffs “have no standing”. And all this will take time, while “the agenda” proceeds unhindered.
2. The District Court — or some court along the way — will hear the case. But “you can bet your bottom dollar” that the Plaintiffs’ charges will be powerfully opposed at every conceivable step along the way — even down to the placement of a comma or a period, or over each and every word of the charges. This could also take time, while “the agenda” proceeds unhindered.
3. And even if a Court hears the case, what guarantees do we have that the Judge (or Judges) will be (a) 100% impartial, (b) 100% objective, (c) 100% NOT corrupt and NOT corruptly swayed, (d) 100% competent to the task of rendering an honest, impartial, objective, noncorrupt — AND BRILLIANT AND ETHICAL — judgement? (Or is that asking too much?)

The only “justice” will be that which you enact upon those that
A. Created the problem through gain of function DNA altering methods
B. Hyped the danger it posed to the public
C. Demanded governments take action based on falsified data they created through PCR tests, wrongful COD (cause of death) reports used to inflate the mortality rate of the virus, inaccurate modeling of the potential lethality of the virus, and demands by employers to fire those who refuse the experimental drug treatment as a result.

I’m 73 years of age with multiple health issues. I had a very bad case of Covid 19 requiring 10 days in intensive care, plus a month of recovery. My point is that I have antibodies out the wazoo. Three of my doctors have stated I don’t need and probably shouldn’t have the immunization shot. They all stated they’ve noted bad responses, including death, in those who had covid. One of my doctors said I should get the vaccine. When I asked why, she said it would give me even greater immunity. I didn’t buy it. Can one be super immune? I have received a great deal of pressure to get the immunization. However, every time I donate plasma they say I’m good. Why is there such a nonconformity of opinion?
The evidence is strong that the jab is even more damaging in people who already have antibodies to the spike protein. I would, under those conditions, not take the jab.
But then again, in full disclosure, I would under no circumstances take the jab.

I’ve taken up to 10 gms daily of Vit C, with 1 gm every hour when out since it’s water soluble. I’ve taken 5000 IU Vit D. I’ve taken a mushroom product called Host Defense with 17 dried mushrooms in a capsule – 2 in the am and pm. Mushrooms are very anti-viral and we can just eat them. Result: 5 negative tests, no colds, hardly any flus when I normally get 1-2 a month. I’m healthier than I’ve ever been! My chiropractor sees hundreds of people a month. He’s fine too. He takes a multi vit/min, extra zinc with quercitin and glutathione/NAC. Same deal for others boosting their immune system. The way I see it is, we have better immune protection because we can fend off all pathogens, whereas people getting the vaccines are only focusing on one protein of the virus, which is mutating. So it doesn’t really make any sense. Vaxxed people are getting sick. Hope this is clear. In short, don’t be afraid to try out any of the list I’ve mentioned here, plus you can google for natural immune boosters. One more thing – eat low sugar since it slows down the immune system for hours.

I also noticed on the Frontline Doctors website an article discussing the shedding of the protein from the vaccinated to the unvaccinated, which in some may reportedly cause a host of health issues for adults and children. From the likes of Dr. Judy Mikovitz, Dr. Tenpenny, Northrup, and others, there has been a lot of discussion on what timeframe an unvaccinated person should avoid a recently vaccinated person. Some say two weeks, some say much longer. Does anyone have any thoughts or know any recommendations?
As of this moment, we simply do not know.
I have been trying to find a lab that would used the simple equipment necessary (spectrophotometer, chromatograph) to identify what is being transmitted, so far without success.
Mike Adams (Natural News) has a lab that MIGHT have that equipment. I could be wrong, but perhaps it would be a good idea to get in touch with him to find out.
