As the Medical Director of one of the world’s largest Health Freedom organizations, I get a lot of emails.  I recently received this excellent question that I want to answer because I think it raises an issue that a lot of people are wondering about: Do we want everyone to know about the Advance Directive cards, or should it be our secret?

Here is the email, with identifying information redacted, of course:

Question. Which of two strategies do I take using these cards will be in my own personal (selfish) best interests?

Is it better if I: …

  1. Don’t tell anyone else about these cards, … I just use them, … and the lower the % of the public that has & uses these cards the better off I am?, … or …
  2. … is it more beneficial to me personally the more people know about & use these cards?

I hope that makes sense.

One of the things I worry about (which I have no control over) is I worry that, over time, the more people who use these cards might result in The-Powers-That-Shouldn’t-Be being more motivated to  change old laws or add new laws that will nullify & negate the power of these cards some time  in the future.

Thank you, & warmest regards,
Name Redacted

The quick answer is that it is more beneficial to you personally, and to the rest of us, the more people know about and use the Advance Directive cards.

Both of the wallet cards offered by Natural Solutions Foundation, the Gold Advance Vaccine Directive and the Silver Advance Sanitary Masking Directive, are carefully designed to assist you in asserting your right of Informed Consent in a lawful and effective manner.  The more people who assert those rights, the stronger that assertion becomes for each of them.

Perhaps one person using an Advance Directive card might be brushed aside. although my personal experience is that they have been respected each time I have asserted my rights with them. Millions of people cannot be brushed aside and can form a bulwark against the tide of Medical Tyranny. And make no mistake: that tide is rising.  I have labeled  it “Faucism” in “honor” of long-term Medical Tyrannist and would-be pandemic vaccine and dangerous drug cheerleader and vaccine privateer, Anthony Fauci.

Please join me in using the word and spreading it when you communicate with your Circle of Influence. It is important to tell the people who trust you what is really going on.

An Advance Directive  is a legally protected declaration of your wishes in advance of the need to make that decision.  You have the right to determine what happens to your body (or that of your minor child). You have the right to accept or refuse any medical treatment or procedure that you wish. That includes vaccination.

When a nation ratifies a treaty, what the treaty says becomes the law of that nation.  The US, like most other nations in the world, has ratified the Geneva Convention and the Right of Informed Consent is enshrined in that treaty (through the Nuremberg Code).  Thus, it is part of US law. Unless you “consent” the only way around that is through an individualized court order signed by a judge abridging that Right.

So if you wish not to receive, for example, a vaccine, you have the right to refuse it. But that immediately raises the question of whether your right will be honored. First, it must be asserted in a way that meets the legal requirements or it will be deemed waived, that is, that you have not asserted it and it has been cancelled.

The Advance Vaccine Directive card is carefully worded to assert that right properly. Second, the person or organization to whom the right is being asserted must recognize that it is being asserted and must be honored.

That’s where the might of numbers comes in. That right is guaranteed by the treaty and by the law, but it must be honored by someone coming at you with a syringe.  One person can be swept aside much more easily than millions asserting that right for themselves and their children. The tide of discourse and demand requiring those rights be honored must be a deafening roar of millions of voices rising for justice, yours, mine and everyone who asserts that Right of Informed Consent.

We can protect our individual selves best by protecting all of us. So the more people correctly asserting that right, especially in the face of a novel, experimental, gene editing vaccine that is designed to capture your DNA just the way this supposedly deadly virus does, the more protected each of us is.

What about the Advance Sanitary Masking Directive? Is masking covered the same way? it is covered, but not in exactly the same way.

If wearing a mask is defined as a medical intervention, it would be so protected. But since it is defined as a public health measure, it seems to me, a doctor, not a lawyer, that it possibly is not.

However, most countries have something equivalent to the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) which gives you the right to be accommodated without being stigmatized, segregated or challenged to prove anything if you say that you have a health condition or disability that requires accommodation.

For example, if you are in a wheelchair, you must be offered access to restaurants, stores, theaters, etc., through physical or other accommodations. If you have breathing difficulties, you must be accommodated so that they are less burdensome to you. And if your underlying health condition makes breathing through a mask difficult, you have the right not to wear that mask and be accommodated in that requirement.

To my knowledge, every governor, agency, state and municipality which has issued masking guidelines has stated that the requirement to wear a face covering does not apply if a person has an underlying condition which makes wearing a face covering hazardous for them.  And the ADA makes it clear that the disability can be physical, emotional or mental. And “breathing” is specifically listed in the law.

“Can’t Mask. Don’t Ask” is the rule: once you declare that you cannot mask because doing so would be hazardous to your health, no one, under the ADA and all of the regulations with which I am familiar, has the right to question you on that or demand any sort of verification.

Your word is all you need. Questioning you about said disability violates the ADA and is punishable by fines and/or imprisonment.

Again, one Silver Advance Sanitary Masking Directive might be brushed aside.  If it is part of an upwelling of the assertion of that right, you are protecting yourself and everyone else at the same time.

And, oh, by the way, AT LEAST 54% of people in the US have been diagnosed with conditions for which masking is contraindicated. And research makes it clear that even a lightweight mask reduces the amount of oxygen reaching your lungs from the minimum required 19.5% to 17.5% or lower. The physical, neurological and pathological consequences of the resultant hypercapnia (increase in CO2) is not good for anyone and really bad for quite a number of people.

And, oh, by the way, propaganda to the contrary notwithstanding, viral disease transmission is NOT reduced by masking. Bacterial disease transmission? Yes.  Viral disease transmission? No.

  1. I am in Australia , victoria the prison state.
My question is , as l cant read the words on the gold card. Is it worded for american law only.?
    Regards Nicole

    1. Since the Right of Informed Consent is conferred by the Geneva Convention, any nation ratifying it is then bound by its law. That is the purpose of a treaty.
Australia, like most of the rest of the world, has ratified the Geneva Convention so , unlike the Silver card, which is based in US law (although most other nations have that same law protecting the disabled), the Gold Card is about refusing vaccination as an unwelcome medical intervention.
